The super cool thing about this is that I can have as many racks I want so if I want to go crazy with a sound and 8 slots aren't enough I can just load two rack in the same channel.Īnd this is just what I've with guitar. And I can honestly say that there are many songs for me in this package. The sign of a great product to me is that all of a sudden I realize that I've stopped exploring the product and started writing a song around a sound I'm getting. If I'm not using the chorus I put a distortion or OD in front of the preamp for some good dirt. The amp models taken from Amplitube are as good as in Amplitube and there are a few of them but the real fun for me was to connect the Preamp rack, Tone Control rack and Cabinet in a setup followed by a compressor, a channel strip, a stereo chorus, a delay (both digital delay and tape delay sounds great) and a reverb. You see what's going on at all times and every parameter is on the same page. The user interface based on the Eurorack 500 idea with 8 slots is just brilliant. I haven't gotten to the bass yet as the guitar stuff is just exceptionally fun and I've already spent hours playing, jamming and setting up my own sounds.
